Most clients have an idea of what they are looking for and their intentions behind the purchase with a budget. Alternatively they give us a budget and enquire what kind of property or land they can secure. Based on that information we look at what’s available or source possible alternatives that they’re requirements.

Each piece of real estate under goes an assessment to provide its demographic, size, access, facilities both of the property or land and the immediate surrounding area, with photographs.

Viewings 


Depending on how much time you have, we can arrange as many as you like subject to any access requirements by the owner. Also time permitting, a simple tour around the local area that can include Singaraja (Bali’s second largest town) for clients to get an idea of what is available.

Mediation service between the parties to ensure all points of view are shared and negotiation is clear to proceed and a sale is agreed. A Notary will be appointed who will confirm the Certificate of Title has no charge on it and the owner(s) is confirmed and free to sell. Under no circumstances should money change hands until this has been done.

A clear understanding of how matters are to proceed, obligations by the parties involved, time frames agreed and adhered too.

Pick up Service & Accommodation


We can arrange for you to be met at the Airport and brought to one of the local Hotels for the duration of your stay. Just let us know how long you plan to be in the area, budget for your accommodation and what you would like to achieve during your visit.

After Sales
